FAQS

Which First Aid Course do I want to take?

We offer two First Aid courses: Basic First Aid and Intermediate First Aid. Both courses include CPR/AED Level C.

According to WSIB Standards, if you have 1-5 workers per shift, someone needs to be trained in Basic First Aid.

If you have 6 or more workers on each shift, one worker needs to be certified in Intermediate First Aid.

Is the training in person or online?

Our public First Aid and CPR courses are offered in a blended learning format, combining online learning with in-person, hands-on instruction. Participants complete the theory portion online before attending a classroom session to practice and demonstrate their skills.

Recertification courses and Basic Life Support (BLS) training are completed entirely in the classroom.

For private group training, we offer flexible delivery options and can tailor the course to your needs with either blended learning or a fully in-class format.

Do you provide on-site training?

Absolutely! Our experienced instructors can deliver First Aid and CPR training directly at your workplace, school, or organization.

On-site training is a convenient option for groups, allowing your team to complete certification together while minimizing travel and time away from work.
